1 – How do I purchase from Campsite Products?
You can purchase from Campsite Products via online only at this time.

2 – How is shipping cost calculated?
Many of our items have designated flat-rate shipping where the cost varies depending on size, weight, etc. We also offer Free Shipping on select items.

3 – Where do my orders ship from?
Our orders ship from various locations throughout the U.S. We DO NOT ship from overseas.

We DO NOT export outside of the United States

5 – How do I resolve a shipping error or product warranty?
Let us know as soon as possible if you have experienced a shipping error. For product warranties, reach out to manufacturer of your item. We DO NOT offer product warranties.
